Does it require involvement of my IT department?
Flex is a completely web based solution – all you need is a device with internet connection. There’s nothing to install and nothing to update – so no need for IT involvement.
Does it require specialist training or experience to operate?
Flex is an incredibly intuitive solution – that’s one of its main benefits. Very little training is required – we always provide a live demo to new clients and can provide bespoke step-by-step guides depending on individual requirements.
What options do I have on how it works, and what it does?
Flex is very, uhm, flexible. We work closely with clients to make it fit their current workflow. Approvals, PO numbers, integration with your CRM, multilingual sites – the scope is endless. We are continuously developing our system and welcome clients’ thoughts and feedback to make things work better for them.
There are various output options available, ranging from PDF, email, html to files for our in-house digital print and finishing.
If my company collateral is held online, is it safe and secure?
Yes. Our servers are hosted by an independent UK co-location provider, offering secure, high spec server hosting in data centres in Cheltenham and London. Please download our hosting Service Level Agreement (SLA) for more information.
In addition, Workbrands Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and works closely to their guidelines to ensure clients’ and individuals’ data is secure.
Can I still maintain control over my branded collateral if it is widely available to employees?
Yes. Our system locks your core brand assets (logos, colours, fonts, images, styles etc) and only allows your employees and associates to edit what you want them to edit. From the simplest business card to a full-blown sales proposal or brochure, Flex will provide consistent, fully branded materials every time.
Does it support multiple languages?
Yes. Flex supports all languages – both from output options and the web interface. The web interface can be set on a per user basis so one Flex deployment can be used across multiple offices in multiple countries.
What devices can it be used on?
Because the system is web based, Flex is available on all devices that have internet connectivity – desktop, laptops, tablets and smart phones.
Can I integrate with my CRM system?
Yes. Highly-regarded published APIs let you extend Flex’s functionality to meet your specific needs. You can integrate seamlessly with other systems within your organisation such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), or your corporate intranet site.
How much does it cost?
In addition to set up costs, we have put together a range of packages to suit our clients’ requirements. There are pay-as-you-go options (for smaller users or users who integrate the system with our digital print) to monthly subscription packages for users with a higher usage or who output files for electronic distribution (subscription packages run from £500 – £5,000 per calendar month).
